This Saturday (30), the Partido Novo announced on its social networks the membership of former federal deputy and former public prosecutor Deltan Dallagnol.

In the post, the caption states that he “commanded the largest anti-corruption operation in history, and achieved an unprecedented feat in Brazil: putting politicians and powerful people behind bars”.

And he adds: “for the country of our dreams to become a reality, it takes courage to face the system. We need correct, competent and united people, moving in the same direction.”

Impeached deputy

Elected deputy in 2022 with 344,917 votes, the highest vote in Paraná, Dallagnol was part of Podemos and had his mandate revoked by the TSE (Superior Electoral Court). To do this, the ministers used the Clean Record Law as a basis, which prohibits the former prosecutor from requesting dismissal from office to contest elections, if he has pending administrative proceedings.
