Impeached deputy
Elected deputy in 2022 with 344,917 votes, the highest vote in Paraná, Dallagnol was part of Podemos and had his mandate revoked by the TSE (Superior Electoral Court). To do this, the ministers used the Clean Record Law as a basis, which prohibits the former prosecutor from requesting dismissal from office to contest elections, if he has pending administrative proceedings.
