Participate in the Vatican project with Bom Gourmet

There are many ways to leave marks on people’s lives and, without a doubt, one of them is through taste. It’s hard to find someone who, when remembering a dear person who is gone, doesn’t also remember that dish or recipe that that same person prepared and missed. It is these memories that the Good Gourmet in partnership with the Vatican wants to redeem with the Recipe of Saudade project.

For this, we opened a space for you to show us a recipe that was the specialty of that person who has already passed away and left nostalgia in the palate and in the heart. The process goes until February 27th, next Monday. Afterwards, ten recipes will be selected that will be part of the e-book Recipe da Saudade, a Vatican partnership with the Bom Gourmet/Gazeta do Povo.

In addition, we will also tell some stories on video. Four of the ten chosen recipes will be executed and recorded in the Kitchen of Good Gourmet by a guest chef and who sent the selected recipe. The videos will be published in Gazeta do Povo and on Bom Gourmet platforms and networks.

Oh! And you don’t have to worry about leaving an unreleased recipe or something explained in the smallest detail. We want to know about stories and discover the flavors that left marks in memories. Come help us make this rescue of good memories.
