Singer responds to criticism she has received for posting photos showing happiness

In the early hours of this Saturday (11), Lexa shared an outburst, refuting the criticism she has received for posting a series of photos showing her happiness, after the end of her relationship with MC Guimê. In the caption of this publication, the singer simply wrote “open letter”.

“For many years, I dreamed of a margarine family, I was conditioned to forgive, to be okay. Only I know what I experienced. I see a lot of people saying different things, but deep down only you know what you experienced. Only I know what I experienced, what I endured. What you saw was just the tip of the iceberg”,

began the singer, highlighting that fans don’t know what she went through.

Next, he spoke about “emotional dependence”: “It took me a long time to identify my emotional dependence. It wasn’t easy, because I saw that I was going over everything, willing to do anything to make it work. Thank God, today I see this.”.

When talking about the criticism, Lexa even cried reporting the situation: “I just can’t be attacked here because I’m not crying anymore. I’m crying now because I’m suffocating. But I can’t keep suffering. Do you want to see me suffer? Because smiling is reaching some people, I don’t understand why”.

“Only I know what I experienced. Many times, at the beginning of my other relationship, I was told that I was out of interest. And I think it is there, time has proven that this is not the case. And only I know everything that was experienced. I just want to live in peace from now on,”
