Federal deputy Nikolas Ferreira (PL-MG) assumed the parliamentary mandate this Wednesday (1), reinforcing the opposition to the government of President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva and the re-election of Senate President Rodrigo Pacheco. Along with other parliamentarians from the PL, Nikolas displayed signs with the words “Fora Lula” and “Pacheco Não!”.

In a video posted on social media, during the inauguration ceremony in the House Plenary, Nikolas did not measure criticism of the current government. “Let’s go up. Because peace will not be here. There will be war. They fought 4 years of war against us, now the harvest season has arrived”, said the parliamentarian.

Nikolas’ social media accounts were recently reactivated, after several blockages by order of Minister Alexandre de Moraes, of the Federal Supreme Court (STF). The deputy was elected with the highest number of votes in the country and describes himself as “Christian, conservative and defender of the family”.
