FPFtech received a group of executives to present tools that can assist in day-to-day HR

Manaus (AM) – From recruiting candidates to monitoring employee performance, the use of technology and innovative tools has increasingly been absorbed by the Human Resources (HR) sector of companies. To discuss this constant need for updating the sector, Fundação Desembargador Paulo Feitoza (FPFtech) opened its doors to the Manaus HR Executives Group, presenting solutions developed especially for people management, which are successfully applied internally and in companies in the Manaus Industrial Pole (PIM).

One of the software developed specifically for the HR sector by FPFtech is Level Up, an employee skills mapping platform. According to Elaine Garcia, business manager at the foundation, this is just one example of how essential it is for the HR sector to be aligned with technological trends. Garcia also highlighted the importance of exchanging information with HR managers to align professional training according to market needs.

“Often, the market is unaware and will look for external partners and tools, whereas we have these solutions here in the region aimed at the HR sector. As we are in a very technological area, whoever works with this needs to be at the forefront of this training, so we need to understand where the market is evolving in terms of knowledge so that we, as education partners, can train these professionals because otherwise no one will be able to hire up front”,

Elaine highlighted. Currently with etech (FPFtech Technological School), the foundation also plays a crucial role in training workforce in these technical areas, with Industrial Automation and Software Development courses.

For Leuza Medeiros, technical director of Sinapsy Consultoria and one of the coordinators of the Manaus HR Executives Group, technology can support all areas of HR, from managing the employee experience to bureaucratic issues such as payroll and benefits. . “Technology is an indisputable partner in the entire company process. HR is in all areas of the company, so these practices need to be supported by technology, otherwise we won’t be able to keep up,” said Medeiros.

Reinforcing how the use of technological tools can help the Human Resources area, FPFtech project manager, Alexandre Amorim, presented tools that help with collaboration between people and the application of the agile method in the HR sector, such as the Kanban system, to encourage team self-organization. However, he also highlighted how the “human” factor is important in any process within the company, even those that appear to be more automated.

“In our experience, making software is much more creative work than you might think. We need to prioritize collaboration between people more than processes and tools”,

ratified Amorim.

At the meeting, this was also the thought shared by FPFtech CEO Luis Braga, who highlighted the people with the most important asset of an organization.

“People are the company’s most important asset and we take this very seriously. To be able to innovate, you can talk about technology or whatever new thing, but if you don’t work in parallel with people, you won’t be able to get results. They are not robots that talk, that convince, that create new things; These are just tools that people use,”
