The Taste Brasil Reproduction/Globoplay Premiering this Tuesday (26) on Globoplay and GNT, the sixth season of The Taste Brasil adds chefs Manu Ferraz and Manu Buffara to the team of judges of the gastronomic reality show. Alongside veterans Claude Troisgros and Felipe Bronze, the chefs will monitor the competition between the participants, who try to please the jury with a single spoonful. In the first episode, 30 cooks compete for one of 16 places that will be distributed in groups of four per mentor. “The competitive dynamic between the judges is super stimulating, as we are all chefs and professionals looking for the best team of culinary talents. Making strategic decisions is a challenging aspect”, assesses Buffara, elected the best Female Chef in Latin America by 50’s Best Restaurants with the Ethics and Sustainability Award, in 2022. With an affinity for Minas Gerais and Bahian cuisine, Ferraz, in turn, is excited about the veracity of the competition. “It really is what everyone will watch. One scoop and everything unfolds from there, without a second chance, without recording again, without changing the emotions. It enchanted me.” With ten episodes, released weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays, at 6pm, on Globoplay, and at 10:30pm, on GNT, the new season of The Taste Brasil will also feature the program’s well-known blind tasting.
