The Minister of the Federal Supreme Court (STF), Alexandre de Moraes, was harassed this Friday (14) at the international airport in Rome, Italy, by a group of three Brazilians – two men and one woman. The minister, who was with family members and was returning from a lecture at the University of Siena, was cursed, and one of his sons, when trying to intervene, was allegedly slapped by one of the protesters. The information is from the newspaper The globe.
According to the vehicle, the Federal Police (PF) has already identified the perpetrators of the hostilities, who landed this Saturday morning (15) at Guarulhos airport, in São Paulo. They will respond freely to an investigation for crimes against honor and threat, possibly under the rapporteurship of Moraes.
The minister has conducted a series of lawsuits against his critics, and is the target of several questions for alleged unconstitutionality when taking measures considered abusive against those investigated. The Supreme Court said it will not comment on the case.
