The Statute intends to enable periodic studies aimed at surveying economic activities in urban and rural areas
Manaus (AM) – Coming from the private sector and knowledgeable about the challenges of entrepreneurship, state deputy Roberto Cidade (União Brasil), president of the Legislative Assembly of Amazonas (Aleam), had, as co-author, sanctioned, alongside deputy Adjuto Afonso (União Brasil), the Law nº 6.269/2023, which institutes guidelines for the State Statute of Microenterprises, Small Enterprises and Individual Microentrepreneurs within the scope of Public Administration, giving them differentiated and simplified legal treatment.
“The State Statute must implement mechanisms that benefit entrepreneurs in Amazonas, such as encouraging formalization and the generation of job vacancies, reducing bureaucracy in records and simplifying labor relations, through guidelines for actions by bodies linked to the sector and the state public administration. such as simplification of operational and bureaucratic requirements”
he said.
According to the Law, the State Statute for Microenterprises intends to enable periodic studies aimed at surveying economic activities in urban and rural areas, registering the profile of informality; enable the simplification, rationalization and standardization, by branch of activity, of health safety, metrology, environmental control and fire prevention requirements.
It also proposes to facilitate access to markets through preference in the acquisition of goods and services by state public bodies, as well as to facilitate the simplification of labor relations and access to the Labor Court, and to promote continuing education in the areas of knowledge of technological inclusion and entrepreneurial education.
