Antônio Furlan also pointed out that it was thinking about the inconvenience that the construction of Sérgio Arruda could cause in the traffic of vehicles and pedestrians, during the execution of the work, that he built the Via Expressa Anníbal Barcellos, which now, demonstrably, is an important corridor in the connection between the north zone and the center of the capital, and vice versa.
Also with the same thought of not blocking traffic even more, during the construction of the Sérgio Arruda bridge, the mayor mentioned the paving of Rua do Bueiro, which has escapes to maintain the fluidity of the mobility of vehicles and passers-by.
