Singer Maraisa used social media, on Friday night (19), to talk about the accident she suffered in a hotel, in Alagoas, this week. The singer was off duty when she fell into a jacuzzi, breaking her nose.

On Instagram, she reassured her fans and shocked them by showing photos of her fractured nose. “It was a turbulent time, but nothing too serious, I broke my nose during my day off, in the jacuzzi of the hotel where I was staying. I want to thank the hotel staff and Dr. Israel, who, together with his wife, welcomed me to provide first aid,” she wrote.

Maraisa also spoke about the first moments after the accident and revealed that she had to undergo surgery.

“It was three hours in an ambulance until we arrived at the hospital in Maceió. The doctors were already waiting for me, we did the CT scan and found that I had a fractured nose. The situation was not that simple, however, any risk was ruled out,” he said.

She continued: “I am happy with my recovery. Soon, I go on social media to reassure the fans, you can be sure that you did the best for me… Thank you, Alagoas, for doing the best for my life. I hope to meet you soon, looking forward to having a drink with you again.”

Then, Maraisa praised Fernando Mocó: “Thank you to my ‘nurse’ Fernando Mocó, who is the love of my life, for taking care of me all these days, each day that passes and all the tests we go through, shows me the how beautiful our love is, how truly you are the love of my life.”

And he concluded: “Thank you, Lord, for everything, for keeping me every second. Thank you to my family, I love you so much! Being able to sing is our greatest pleasure.”
