Manaus (AM) — The Marimari restaurant has already prepared a special menu for Easter. Designed by chef Juliana Faingluz, the menu brings together classic dishes from the period, including cod-based options.

Orders can be placed until March 29th by calling (92) 98411-8614. Chef Juliana Faingluz highlights that ordering is always a good option for those who like practicality when organizing family get-togethers.

“Easter is a time of celebration and family togetherness. Therefore, we have prepared a menu with traditional dishes that will provide a special gastronomic experience. Our intention is for the celebration to be marked in the families’ memories”,

he said.

The menu has 10 options, including main dishes and side dishes. The menu includes Gomes de Sá cod, prepared with potatoes, onion, garlic and boiled eggs; creamy shredded cod, which contains raisins, olives, carrots and is covered with straw potatoes; Cod Lasagna; shrimp bobó, among other delicious dishes.
