Bassist of the band Raimunos, Canisso died on the morning of this Monday, the 13th, at the age of 57. The news took friends and fans by surprise who attended a concert by the artist over the weekend at a bar in Rio do Sul, in the interior of Santa Catarina.

“For those who don’t know, you’ll find out now. Unfortunately, Canisso was here with us at the weekend, he ended up passing away this morning. He was with us yesterday. We spent a wonderful weekend and the guy’s last show was at our bar. We are thinking about what to do. I will politely ask you not to ask how it was, how it happened, to respect the grief of the family and his brothers in the band. Sad how life plays tricks. One of the nicest guys I’ve ever known. It taught me a lot,” said Faísca, the owner of Tortuga Underground, the bar where Canisso performed.

“Thanks, Faísca. Great night at the best house in the west of Santa Catarina”, said Canisso, posing hugging.
