Jeep Fest in the Middle of the World takes place again at the Fazendinha Exhibition Park – News of Brazil

After the return of Expofeira do Amapá, the Fazendinha Exhibition Park will once again host another major event. From Friday (10th) the dust will rise with the 12th Fest Jeep no Meio do Mundo, organized by the Jeep Clube de Macapá, with support from the State Government. There will be five disciplines involving speed on off-road tracks – unpaved – and which will welcome local and out-of-state competitors.
Since 2015, the event has not taken place at the Fazendinha Exhibition Park. With the revitalization carried out by the Government of Amapá in 2023, the competitions return “home”.
“It’s a wonderful space! We thought it would be extremely appropriate for us to return with Fest Jeep at the Exhibition Park, where it all began. We are extremely excited and confident that we will have a great event”, highlighted the president of the Jeep Clube de Macapá, Perpétua Mourão.

Competitions
The first competition of the event takes place on the test track at the Fazendinha Exhibition Park. Mountain bikers will face each other in Pedal Cross races, with cash prizes for first to third place. It is necessary to pay a fee of R$50 and deliver 2 kilos of non-perishable food.
The second day, on Saturday (11), will be dedicated to cars, with the Indoor 4×4 and 4×2 tournaments, which will face each other within a closed circuit in the Jeep, Cage, UTV’s and Pick-up categories. To register, it is necessary to deliver 3 kilos of non-perishable food, plus an amount that, for Jeep member competitors is R$ 390 reais, for non-members it is R$ 520 and, for drivers from outside the state , this fee is R$600 (including river transfer of vehicles).
On Sunday (12), the event starts at 7am, with the Ciclopasseio, a cycling route that will start at the Zerão Olympic Stadium and also finish on the Exhibition Park track. The attraction, which is also open to paracyclists, will reward athletes who participate in the route. To register, you must pay a fee of R$15 and 2 kilos of non-perishable food.
Another modality that promises to be electrifying are the 4×4 and 4×2 finals, in which trophies will be distributed to the three best placed in the tournament. Also at the end of Fest Jeep, the Exhibition Park area will host the Regularity Rally, in which drivers need to reach different points on a route, as close as possible to a certain speed and previously defined times. Entry fees are the same as other car tournaments.
Still on Sunday, the Fazendinha Exhibition Park will be smaller with the motocross competitions. The event coordinated by the Amapaense Motocross Association (Assomap), will feature competitions between bikers, divided into four categories, with registration fees of R$100, plus 2 kilos of non-perishable food.
