On the night of this Thursday (01) Independente conquered another victory in the Amapá Football Championship and continues to lead the competition with a 100% success rate. O Caracara da Vila Maia won the Oratory by 3×1 in a match valid for the fourth round of Amapazão.
With this result, Independente remains undefeated in the competition and with 12 points in the sidelines, parking at the top of the competition and guaranteeing early classification for the next phase. Orca Demolidora takes third place with 07 points.
The first half was busy for both teams, but Independente wanted to maintain their unbeaten record and opened the scoring in the 27th minute through Bruno Ernandes. Orca even tried to tie, but was unsuccessful and near the end of the first stage, Bruno, again, marks the second of Carcará.
In the second half, Orca was looking for a tie, but they weren’t hitting Independente’s goal. After several attempts, Oratório managed to reduce the score with Mateus Dias, in the 24th minute. Close to finishing the match, Carcará scores the third goal, in the 44th minute, with Hugo Vitor.
Orca Demolidora will take to the field on June 8th against the bottom of the competition, São Paulo. Carcará plays against Santana, on June 11th. The games will be at 8 pm, at Estádio Zerão and valid for the fifth round of Amapazão.
The competition continues this Friday (02) with the last game of the fourth round between Ypiranga and Santana, at 8 pm, at Estádio Zerão.
