According to Marcelo Salum, creator of Post NRF and Master in Competitive Management from FGV, the main gain of this “new” meeting is, in addition to connecting business managers from Manaus, debating content that will prepare them to follow market updates and help them develop their business more strategically.

“I have been following this event for over 10 years and it was my 6th in-person NRF. Every year, we believe that we will drink from the source, seek knowledge about what is most significant, relevant and important in retail. And, later, we packaged all of this and delivered the best of what we saw to our region”,

he said.

Taking care of your personal image

The program has four lectures in total. One of them with the theme “The impact of your image on leadership” will be taught by Ingrid Fraxe, style profiler, women mentor and emotional manager who for 2 years has contributed to the development of business leaders through the construction of a personal image of impact.

“That’s why the phrase ‘success is a choice’ makes so much sense in the lectures and consultancies I carry out. The first thing you need to do to move forward is to change your image, your mindset, your goals and the strategies for achieving your goals so that you can take action”,

highlighted.

Retail and technology

Another guest at Post NRF is Samuel Souza, graduated in Management Processes and founder of the digital agency InHouse. Through a chat entitled “Talk: Aparecido, eu? When is the right time to show your face online?”, the professional’s intention will be to help entrepreneurs connect with the digital world and show intelligent alternatives that can be put into practice.

“My focus of work has been people who want to appear on social media, companies that want to appear in a more humanized way. I believe that this talk will eliminate all doubts and contribute positively to what it means to show up, why to show up, how to show up and how to generate a community of people who understand, understand and follow you for who you are and not for what you sell, generating this connection and there, yes, needing you as a problem solver”, he explained.
