Woman still demands that the Brazilian team player take a DNA test; see details

One of the main players in world football, Neymar was the target of controversy off the field this Tuesday (30). This is because a Hungarian woman, identified as Gabriella Gaspar, filed a lawsuit against the athlete alleging that the Brazilian national team star is the father of her 10-year-old daughter.

In court, she asks Neymar to take a DNA test to confirm paternity, in addition to alimony of R$160,000. Gabriella would have become pregnant in an alleged meeting with Neymar in Bolivia, precisely during the period in which he defended Brazil in a confrontation between the countries.

In an interview with Estadão, Gabriella’s lawyer, Angelo Carbone, confirmed the woman’s action in court and stated that the Hungarian tried to contact Neymar’s family several times. The messages would have been sent to the parents of Al-Hilal’s number 10, Neymar da Silva Santos and Nadine Santos, and his sister, Rafaella Santos.

According to Carbone, Gabriella Gaspar also sent a letter to the Neymar Jr. Institute and messages on the player’s Instagram. In one of them, shared by Angelo with CNN Brasil, Gabriella sent photos of her daughter to Neymar and wrote the following caption: “Hello. I hope you received my letter, including the photo of your little girl.”

In the request, Gabriella requests that Neymar bear all the child’s costs during the age of ten. The value of the case reaches R$2 million. Her lawyer claims that Gaspar does not have the financial means to support her daughter alone.

If the judge responsible for the case accepts Gabriella’s request, Neymar may be forced to take the DNA test.

Neymar is the father of Davi Lucca, 12 years old, and Mavie, three months old.
