Based on the data compiled, it appears that generations Y, born between 1981 and 1996, and Z, from 1997 onwards, are taking on prominent roles in various organizations around the world.

According to United Minds, this trend reflects a growing appreciation of youth and their unique skills, especially in the digital context, which has become crucial to the success of contemporary businesses. The ability of young people to navigate and innovate in this environment has been recognized as an asset for companies looking to adapt and thrive in an ever-changing world.

“Graduation is just the first step, and investing in specializations, participating in events and building networks are essential requirements for a successful long-term career,” he said.

In the academic context, Carina Magri, a professor at Wyden, committed to training professionals prepared for market challenges, emphasizes the importance of the role of teachers in preparing future business leaders.

As the expert highlights, educators play a crucial role as trainers of critical thinking and professionals capable of entering the job market effectively.
