Harry Potter actor and bride are robbed in RJ on arrival at the awards

Despite the scare, the couple says they are fine

Actor Alfred Enoch, who played “Dino” in the “Harry Potter” saga, and for several seasons played Wes in “How to Get Away with Murder”, and his fiancée, Mona Godfrey, were mugged on arrival at the Grand Prix of Cinema Brasileiro, in Rio de Janeiro, on the night of Wednesday (23).

According to Mona, on her Instagram, the couple was in the car in front of the entrance to Cidade das Artes when they were surprised by the thief, who pulled the cell phone from her hands through the open window of the vehicle.

“One day back in town and I managed to get mugged on my way to an event tonight. As I’m away, replacing my phone and reinstating my number won’t be straightforward, and likely won’t happen until I’m back in the UK in early September. [droga]”,

Despite the scare, the yoga teacher said that she and the actor, protagonist of the film “Provisional Measure”, are fine. “I’m fine – always a shock and never pleasant. Sad that I lost some of my photos and videos from Latvia and Jaguanum,” she said. She even revealed that Alfred prevented her from running after the criminal.

Due to the incident, Alfred, nominated for the Best Actor category for his role in “Provisional Measure”, arrived late for the ceremony. He did not speak to the press after the event.

Nominated for 15 categories, “Provisional Measure” won the award for “Best Supporting Actress” with actress Adriana Esteves.
