Since last week, Grupo Madero has started to serve an executive menu at lunch time, from Monday to Friday until 5pm. The menu has a fixed price of R$63, and includes starter, main course and dessert.

For starters, customers can choose between mini polpetas or Caesar salad. As for the main dish, the options are grilled flank steak, grilled chicken breast or parmigiana tenderloin, as well as a side dish: white rice, French fries, Caesar salad, bread basket, Madero farofa, vegetables in butter, penne in butter or bread of garlic. There is also spaghetti with parmesan cheese sauce, for those who prefer a meatless option. For dessert, a brownie.

“The new menu was designed especially to please people who value a special meal, even in the midst of the rush of everyday life. We are very happy to offer this tasty option to our customers, whether for business lunches, meetings with friends or family meals”, explains chef Junior Durski, founder and executive director of Grupo Madero.

All ingredients used in the executive menu come from Grupo Madero’s Central Kitchen, located in Ponta Grossa (PR).
