The lieutenant governor Teles Junior revealed that with the exception of Macapá and Santana, all the other 14 municipalities in Amapá have 30% of their lives dependent on the countryside, and that, therefore, the machinery delivered to be used in rural areas is of paramount importance for the general development of the state.
The senator David Alcolumbre noted that the ceremony represented an institutional political decision for the Brazilian order with the purpose of reducing the gigantic inequalities existing in the country, mainly privileging the North and Northeast, the regions most affected by the model historically applied in the distribution of opportunities offered by the Union government. .
At the ceremony in the Industrial District, 19 mechanized agricultural patrol kits (tractors, harrows and levelers, and trailers), 13 water trucks and 18 pick-up trucks were delivered, one of which was for the Superintendency of the Union’s Heritage (SPU) and one for the National Supply Company (Conab).
