Manaus (AM) — Chocolate lovers will love the new Pátio Gourmet. The network will draw a giant egg weighing six kilos, inspired by the hit series Game Of Thrones, on HBO. The egg was created and produced by chef Lucas Pyetro, responsible for the confectionery at Pátio Gourmet.

To participate in the promotion, for every R$350 in purchases in one of the three Pátio Gourmet stores, the customer receives a coupon to compete. The units are located on avenues Djalma Batista, Chapada neighborhood, Via Lactea, Aleixo, and Terezina street, in Adrianópolis.

Chef Lucas Pyetro points out that the Game Of Thrones egg was a success at Easter last year and was given a giant version as a gift for customers. It takes a day to make, as each part that symbolizes the kingdom in the series is glued separately.

For Easter 2024, Pátio Gourmet is betting on artisanal and exclusive products to boost sales. The expectation is for growth of 15% compared to 2023.

Chef Lucas Pyetro developed more than 85 items, including 10 new ones, with the main trends in Europe, in relation to flavors, colors and manufacturing and painting techniques, in the chocolate segment. Among the biggest bets of the year is the “spiral of joy” Easter egg, which weighs six kilos and takes two days to make. The decoration is made with mini eggs, individually manufactured and painted, which are glued to the base. Together, they form a spiral.

Another big surprise is the “Amazonian egg”, which is decorated using the French chocolate painting technique and reminiscent of the region’s flora, with leaves in stronger tones.

Also part of the new features for 2024 is the “home with fun” sculpture. “It’s a house made entirely of chocolate and decorated with expressions that represent feelings such as joy, anger, love. This is a fun product that appeals to adults and children alike”, he emphasizes. Focusing on children, chef Lucas Pyetro created a line of eggs with fun packaging, such as mermaids and cars. There is also the “rabbit hole” basket, which comes with rabbits and mini chocolate eggs inside a handmade basket; the spoon trilogy, which are eggs filled with three flavors (bicho de pé, consistent condensed milk and brigadeiro).

This year, the chef also created the “Coração de Moça”, a sculpture in the shape of a lace heart, filled with consistent milk. Another product is dehydrated cherry tablets, covered with milk chocolate and finished with nest milk.
