Manaus (AM) — Experiencing everyday challenges and achieving above-average results, starting with health, are just some of the directions presented in the G4 Club manual. A group based in São Paulo and made up of men and women, businessmen and women from all over the country, which has a significant turnover and which promotes networking and continued knowledge to entrepreneurs who aspire to stand out in business.

In Manaus, the group is made up of four entrepreneurs from different segments who propose initiatives that foster connections, opportunities and business generation between members through immersions, lives, events and different content that can generate results in acting as entrepreneurs.

They follow the guidelines of the three pillars proposed by G4 Education, Management 4.0, being relationship; business opportunity and development. According to the partner and sales director of Grupo Pará Cabos, Rafael Amorim, the first contact he had with the proposal to add value by combining business, technical knowledge and relationships was when he decided to participate in 2021 in an immersion carried out by G4 Educação.

“From then on, I validated many of Pará Cabos’ actions that boosted our growth as a company. With all the data and tools presented there we were able to expand our business, as we talk and learn about marketing, sales, processes, management and other powerful tools, important for the development of a company”,

points.

After immersion, the director joined the G4 Club, where he maintains a very high level of relationships and networking.

“Being able to meet and have contact with people with businesses worth millions and even billions and knowing what their pains are and, in many cases, they are practically the same as yours, without a doubt, helps to keep us connected and attentive to points that can improve and leverage our business”,

says the businessman, who participated last weekend in Praia do Forte (BA), in G4 Class11, an event that brought together national and international references in business.

G4 Club in Amazonas

The lawyer-entrepreneur, business consultant, Sergio Vieira, the first to receive the title of G4 Club ambassador in Amazonas, reinforces the maxim that says: “Entrepreneurship is using time and your best technical and behavioral skills with autonomy to create value and taking risks, accepting challenges.” And for this, according to him, seeking qualifications and mentoring help entrepreneurs stand out in business.

Sergio Vieira recalls that he took the “G4 Immersion and Mentoring” course for three days of intense content and soon after, he joined the G4 Club. According to him, some advantages of becoming a member, among other points, are the participation in meetings with references in entrepreneurship, as well as enjoying leisure and networking opportunities, in addition to participating in exclusive immersions.

“Entrepreneurs also learn to deal with their routines and this includes the administrative part, mental and physical health. The entrepreneur begins to work for the changes and results he wants to achieve, including health, relationships, intellect, work and the search for excellence”,

explains Vieira, who recently participated in the second edition of “Boston LeaderX” held in March at Harvard University, in Massachusetts (USA).

President of Grupo Gérbera, a genuinely Amazonian multi-franchise, multi-channel and multi-city corporation present in 46 municipalities in the State of Amazonas and works with brands such as: “O Boticário”, “Quem Disse Berenice” and “Tô que tô”, Businessman Rodrigo Waughan de Lemos joined the Club, as did the other members living in the capital of Amazonas, after participating in a G4 Educação immersion.

“Which served to expand my range of network and brought an improvement in the provision of services with companies that until then I only knew by name”, he comments.

For him, the Club format proposes a different model for networking, business climbing, interaction and learning, enabling leaders to elevate companies and businesses by delivering tools and techniques in differentiated and applicable content.

“We recently participated in an immersion in Bahia, in Praia do Forte, the G4 Class11 and the event brought excellent lectures in a very comfortable and enriching environment given the network that opened up the possibility for new business”,

evaluates Rodrigo.

Current Ambassador of the G4 Club in Amazonas, the CEO of Grupo Cavalcanti, Carlos Arthur Tapajós Cavalcanti (Tuca Tapajós), met the G4 Club through an event promoted in Manaus by G4 Educação in November 2021. In the same period, the businessman left for São Paulo, where he also participated in the course: “G4 Immersion & Mentoring”.

“After the course, I began the challenge of joining the G4 Club, where the biggest CEOS and C-Levels in all of Brazil are located. We currently have four businesspeople from Manaus as members and the entry of new names is approved by the internal board of G4 Educação. And, today, I can say that I am very happy because the networking, relationship and business network is very big. And I haven’t seen anything like it,”

observes Tuca Tapajós.

According to the businessman, the techniques and tools, learning about management and the meetings were important in the growth of the business group he leads, since in January 2022, the company began serving 21 states in the country. Soon after the mentoring and training carried out within the G4, in November 2021. According to the CEO of the Cavalcanti group, the G4 Club, in addition to being a strong ally as a source of mentoring and knowledge, is also a lot of relationships.

“It’s not just for the Ceo, it’s for the entire team in the company and, what’s more, in my case, it impacted my family. Today, my 19-year-old son is living in São Paulo and was the first Amazonian to study entrepreneurship at the Link School of Business, founded by a great entrepreneur, businessman Alvaro Schocair”, he concludes.
