After being without a party until shortly after the election in which he was elected mayor of Macapá, in 2020, Antônio Furlan announces that he is in the process of joining Podemos.
Follow what the Macapá manager posted this Friday night (9) on social media:
“Hey guys.
It was with great joy that I received the invitation from the National President of Podemos, Renata Abreu, and the State President of Podemos Amapá, Marco Ribas, to join the party and lead it in our State, taking over as the new State President.
Podemos is one of the largest Brazilian political parties, which today has more than 400,000 members and is the third with the largest number of senators, in addition to 104 mayors throughout Brazil.
I accept this challenge with a lot of willingness to work and continue moving forward with Macapá, now having an even greater national dialogue to seek the best results for our capital and the entire state of Amapá.
We continue to work wholeheartedly for our people!”
