I write to you because I suspect that you want to make a pact with me. I speak because I know. As I lie a lot, I give you factual examples, which occurred with your predecessors. Believe.

In 1996, Fernando Henrique Cardoso was pressured by what was already called Centrão and agreed to replace the Minister of Industry and Commerce, Dorothea Werneck. Don’t trust Canho’s word, listen to Fernando Henrique. On that April 26th he recorded:

“Today was perhaps the hardest day, but the hardest for me. (…) I went to Dorothea’s house. I had to go. (…) I got emotional, she cried, so did I. (.. .) She thinks we’re making a deal with the Devil.”

See how things are, they use my name without knowing my arts. If Fernando Henrique wanted to make a pact with me, I never discussed the matter. Knowing him, there was no guarantee he would deliver as agreed.

Years later, having left the government, he said that President Dilma Rousseff was going to “make a pact with the devil all along”. You got it right, she made a pact with my agents and lost her job in 2016.

I heard that you cried in a conversation with your Minister of Tourism, Daniela Carneiro. She was accompanied by her husband Waguinho, mayor of Belford Roxo. Let me explain: what my people offer you in the name of the Renegade is only part of what they and I want. Once you’ve made a pact with us, the rest is easier.
