It was not just the São João festivities and the event hosted by STF Minister Gilmar Mendes in Portugal that mobilized the political class in the last week.
At least four ministers, in addition to the governor of Pará, Helder Barbalho (MDB), and the president of TCU, Bruno Dantas, landed in Amazonas for the Parintins Festival, at the invitation of governor Wilson Lima (União). Most were debuting at the bumbódromo.
