The Todas initiative, a new project by Sheet of content for the female audience, participated in the RME Festival (Rede Mulher Empreendedora), this Saturday (7), with a debate on how to make better decisions in different areas. Columnist Tati Bernardi, the founder of RME Ana Fontes, and the core editor Victoria Damasceno participated in the panel.

The theme was chosen based on the content published by the initiative, which aims, among other objectives, to speak to readers in a practical way in areas such as entrepreneurship, career, self-care, fashion, among others.

To explain the choice of the panel, the publisher cited as an example the article “The most important decision you will make about your career is who you will marry”, from the Financial Times. According to the text, emotional support is essential to guarantee professional achievements.

“Small decisions that we make in our lives, many of them not necessarily related to our work, will impact our daily lives, our professional performance and what we are undertaking. That’s why we decided to talk about it today”, he explained.

In her speech, Bernardi shared her professional trajectory and the difficulties she faced at the beginning of her career, while Fontes spoke about the need to assume one’s own identity when making choices and creating your brand, whether personal or professional.

“The first thing we need to think about is [construção da] our brand is who we really are”, said Fontes. The entrepreneur also defended the importance of separating personal and professional life. “You are not just your business”, she stated.

As part of the Todas initiative, the entrepreneur joined a team of columnists from Sheet last Thursday (5). The project was created with the aim of increasing coverage of issues focused on women in all of the newspaper’s editorial areas. The publications aim to talk to them about decision-making, everyday problems, physical and emotional issues, in addition to reflecting on careers, entrepreneurship and resource management.
