Folha launches series on quick cooking at home – 02/25/2024 – Food

Cooking more at home is always a dream come true, even for those who are not fond of cooking: it helps them eat healthier, save money and, as a bonus, show off their culinary skills on social media – for their fans.

To make the habit become a reality in the rush of everyday life, Sheet launches this Tuesday (27) the “Quick Kitchen at Home” series, special with tips to help when buying ingredients, choosing recipes and freezing food correctly.

Published weekly, the “Quick Kitchen at Home” series is exclusive to subscribers. A survey carried out by Datafolha for the special The Best of São Paulo Gastronomy – Restaurants, Bars & Kitchen shows that 44% of São Paulo residents from classes A and B have the habit of cooking at least five days a week. The survey was carried out between June 6 and 21 last year, with 2,016 respondents.
