The Constitution and Justice Commission (CCJ) of the Chamber of Deputies approved, this Wednesday (22), an invitation for Minister Flávio Dino, of Justice, to clarify to parliamentarians the actions taken after the acts of January 8 and the visit that did to Complexo da Maré, in Rio de Janeiro, last week.
The request was authored by deputies from the base of the government, including Rubens Pereira Júnior (PT-MA), and from the opposition, such as Carlos Jordy (PL-RJ). Jordy foresaw a call from the minister, which was changed to an invitation and signed by other parliamentarians.
“He [Flávio Dino] need to clarify the events of January 8, his trip to Complexo da Maré without security and also the attempt to intimidate parliamentarians, petitioning the Federal Supreme Court to censor us”, said Jordy, who is one of the six parliamentarians cited by Dino in the crime news for fake news filed with the STF.
Rubens Pereira Junior, on the other hand, said that all government ministers are available to provide clarifications to deputies and senators, as long as they are invited and not invited. “Several ministers have already set the date, Flávio Dino will be next Tuesday (28), Minister Marina Silva and Carlos Lupi have confirmed. The government defends a public debate, so much so that I myself was the author of the request for Dino”, said the base deputy to GloboNews this Thursday morning (23).
Dino will also have to explain to the deputies why there was secrecy of the cameras of the Palácio do Planalto in the events of the 8th, in addition to clarifying the changes in the armament policy, according to the request of Marco Feliciano (PL-SP). The minister will also have to present a balance sheet of the first months of action ahead of the Ministry, citing priorities and guidelines for the rest of the year.
