Manaus (AM) – The Encontro das Águas Series, promoted by the State Government, through the Secretariat of Culture and Creative Economy, brings in the 2023 edition the theme “Diversity”, where several programs take place with different themes and target audiences.
The season aims to promote culture and art, breaking out of the usual routine and reaching a greater number of viewers from different niches. In the first week, the event has full programs to please all audiences.
This Thursday (06/07), the series presents the show “Natsukashii” at Teatro Amazonas, at 8 pm. Coming from Japanese with the meaning of “nostalgia” or “saudade”, the title refers to its proposal, which is to remember childhood by bringing a selection of soundtracks from anime such as Naruto, One Piece and Dragon Ball, brought in orchestra by Casa Geek 42 in partnership with Geek Jukebox.
On Friday and Saturday (07 and 08/07), at 8 pm, Encontro das Águas presents the show “Muzikstation: Restart”, with the Amazonas Philharmonic, the Grupo Vocal dos Corpos Artísticos and a soundtrack with outstanding works from the gamer universe, such as League of Legends and The Last Of Us, played by the orchestra. In addition to the musical presentation, the event will hold, in partnership with Player Games, the e-games championship and game exhibition, transforming the Teatro Amazonas into a total immersion in the theme.
There will also be programming for children. Ending the week, on Saturday and Sunday (07/08 and 09/07), at 9 am, the event “Musical Garden” will take place at the Palácio Rio Negro Cultural Center, on Avenida Sete de Setembro, downtown. In the presentation, interaction between babies, parents and musicians will be encouraged through songs and musical instruments, while they are involved in the nature of the space’s garden. Age range from 0 to 3 years.
The shows “Natsukashii” and “Muzikstation: Restart”, which will take place at Teatro Amazonas, are on sale at www.shopingressos.com.br. The “Musical Garden” program is free.
