Financial market rejects PT and Bolsonaro government – 05/10/2023 – Panel SA

Research carried out by Genial/Quaest with investment funds reveals that the financial market is disgusted with the Lula government and also with former president Jair Bolsonaro.

The president of the PT, Gleisi Hofmann, and the president of the BNDES, Aloizio Mercadante, lead the rejection ranking, both with 99%.

They are followed by President Lula (95%), by the president of Petrobras, Jean-Paul Prates (88%) and by the Minister of Finance, Fernando Haddad (60%).

The index of distrust of the financial market in relation to Bolsonaro is 86%.

BC president Roberto Campos Neto enjoys good popularity among economists and fund managers surveyed: 67% of them said they trust him. Only 10% reject the head of the municipality.

For the survey, Genial/Quaest conducted 92 interviews with investment funds in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro between the 4th and 8th of May.
