Fifa updates men’s ranking and Brazil is in third place – News of Brazil
[ad_1]
FIFA released, this Thursday morning (20), the ranking update involving the main men’s soccer teams. Even with the rout over Guinea (by 4 to 1) and the defeat to Senegal (by 4 to 2) in the last friendlies, Brazil remained in third place.
Current world champion, Argentina remains at the top and is pursued by France, runner-up in Qatar, in 2022. In March of this year, Lionel Scaloni’s men took over the top spot and have an advantage of less than one point for Didier Deschamps’ team, which won the Cup in 2018.
Despite the points update, the last change of positions in the top 10 occurred two weeks ago, when England overtook Belgium and took fourth place on the list.
