‘Feira das Cores’ brings together women entrepreneurs in the East Zone of Manaus

Manaus (AM) — In reference to International Women’s Day, “Feira das Cores” brings together entrepreneurial women in the East Zone of Manaus. The program will feature workshops, tournaments and musical shows during the opening hours of the shopping center, on the L3 floor, of Shopping Grande Circular, located on Avenida Autaz Mirim, São José Operário neighborhood.

The event takes place on Friday (8), Saturday (9) and Sunday (10) with a series of free services to the public.

This year, the proposal is to highlight the importance of women micro entrepreneurs who contribute significantly to economic growth, financial independence, female empowerment, in addition, it aims to stimulate the development of the local cultural and economic sector.

On March 8, the fair will run from 10am to 10pm. Several women will be exhibiting products and offering services to the public.

The opening of the event will be at 6pm on the food court stage, followed by the live show with artist Andreza Andrade bringing joy and representation on this important date.

The public will also participate in craft workshops with yo-yo, watercolor painting workshops, workshops, just dance tournament, just dance freeplay, SGC talent show, among other activities.

According to Júlio Kitzinger, marketing coordinator at Shopping Grande Circular, every year the shopping center includes something special in its programming that values ​​women.

The 2024 edition draws attention to the importance of women’s financial independence, by encouraging entrepreneurship.

“This event pays homage to all women on March 8th. To this end, we will offer a series of services and activities with the aim of celebrating this special day for everyone, together with families”,

says Júlio.

The Fair of Colors

Feira das Cores is an innovation initiative in the creative economy sector in Amazonas, which has been taking place in Manaus since 2022. It offers space for small entrepreneurs to showcase their products and services, as well as being an opportunity for students to participate in entrepreneurship events in their own study locations.

It is also a networking space to assist in the exchange of creative ideas between the various entrepreneurs who participate in the fairs.
