Event aims to strengthen entrepreneurship among members of this community, who face discrimination in the job market

Manaus (AM) — The Tupissai Fair, covered by the Itaú LGBT+ Pride Notice, will promote a free special edition for exhibitors who are members of the LGBTQIAPN+ community. The event takes place at Palacete Provincial, this Saturday (9), from 10am to 5pm.

The fair, recognized for promoting the creative economy in Manaus, did not miss the opportunity to hold a special edition dedicated to the LGBTQIAPN+ community.

To implement the idea, a project was registered in the Itaú LGBT+ Pride Notice, which aims to encourage entrepreneurship among members of this community, who often face discrimination in the job market due to their sexual orientation.

Once contemplated, the project comes to life this Saturday, when the Provincial Palace will be the stage for this inclusive initiative, offering free space for LGBTQIAPN+ entrepreneurs to present their products and services. The fair will have free entry, will be pet-friendly and will provide a welcoming environment for cultural and commercial exchanges.

According to the coordination, Feira Tupissai stands out once again as a space for inclusion and support for diversity, strengthening the importance of entrepreneurship as a means of overcoming challenges faced by the LGBTQIAPN+ community. The initiative reinforces the fair’s commitment to being an agent of social and cultural transformation in the city of Manaus.
