FAF creates Oversight Commission to improve arbitration management in Amapá football – News of Brazil

This Thursday (21), the Amapaense Football Federation (FAF) announced the creation of the Inspection and Control Commission, with the aim of improving the processes of the State Arbitration Commission. The new commission will be responsible for supervising, controlling and planning draws and rotations of the panel of referees, aiming to guarantee transparency and fairness in all stages of the process.
The president of the FAF, Netto Góes, highlighted the importance of the commission to strengthen arbitration management and ensure impartiality in games. “The creation of the commission is fundamental to provide more transparency and speed in the process of the arbitration commission, guaranteeing the total fairness of the procedures”, stated Netto.
The Inspection and Control Committee will be composed of:
• Helder Marinho, Legal Advisor of the Federation;
• Jairo Gama, Secretary General of the FAF;
• Reinaldo Matta, Interior Competitions Coordinator;
• Helielson da Costa, Coordinator of Non-Professional Football Competitions;
• Orlando Magno, Arbitration Analyst.
With this team, the FAF hopes to strengthen the local arbitration control and inspection structure, ensuring efficient and impartial management. The Inspection and Control Commission will work closely with the State Arbitration Commission, sharing information and contributing to the continuous development of the quality of arbitrators.
“The creation of the Inspection and Control Commission has the main objective of helping the State Arbitration Commission, strengthening processes and ensuring that all stages are conducted in a fair and impartial manner”, said Helder Marinho.
