Paseo Cocina Y Tal, a restaurant located in Jardins and inspired by the city of Marbella, in southern Spain, has an Iberian menu with touches of Brazilian flair and vigorous dishes such as beef ribs roasted for 12 hours, served with fried potato mayonnaise and Valencian paella (photo).

One of the highlights of the house is the drinks list signed by bartender Matheus Cunha, with inspired signature cocktails and a fun sensory experience. The bartender brings a box of infused gin sprays and cards for you to test the aromas, just like in a perfume shop. He has gin infused with mandarin orange, grapefruit, berry, and even blackcurrant. The restaurant Gosteria, in Jardins, launched an executive menu for R$39, with starter, main course and dessert. Served from Monday to Friday, it always comes with a green leaf salad for starters and for dessert, pastry cream with seasonal fruit and whipped cream. The main course changes every week and offers options such as mezze maniche with bolognese ragu (photo), chicken stroganoff and funghi risotto. The house has indoor and outdoor tables, in addition to being open 24 hours, very providential! The lounge has comfortable furniture and offers games such as chess, real estate banking, sticks, playing cards, as well as period magazines such as Life, Manchete and Cruzeiro. The third edition of the Campari Bartender Competition continues with voting by consumers until May 14, when the three finalists will be announced who will compete for a trip to Italy and an annual contract with the brand. • Between the 25th and 28th of May, the The House of suntory will host immersion nights in Japanese rituals guided by omotenashi – the art of Japanese hospitality. Chef Telma Shiraishi, from the Aizomê restaurant, is responsible for curating the event, which will feature professionals such as Edson Yamashita (Ryo Gastronomia), Rafael Aoki (Quincho) and Marcio Shihomatsu (Shihoma Pasta Fresca), responsible for the menu.
