Eduardo Bolsonaro curses colleague who cited stabbing; video – 04/19/2023 – Power

Federal deputy Eduardo Bolsonaro (PL-SP) attacked his colleague Dionilso Marlon (PT-RS), this Wednesday (19), after he said that the stab wound to former president Jair Bolsonaro (PL) was fake.

He did not attack the parliamentarian, being restrained by colleagues and advisors who were at the scene.

Son 03 of the former Chief Executive cursed the deputy and said: “Are you thinking you’re on the internet? I’ll stick my hand in your face and lose my mandate. I lose my mandate, but with dignity, something you don’t have”.

The then candidate Jair Bolsonaro was stabbed, on September 6, 2018, by Adélio Bispo de Oliveira. Political opponents, however, raise the hypothesis, without evidence, that the attack would not have been real.

Eduardo Bolsonaro was speaking during the House Working Committee, when he himself mentioned the stabbing. Then, off the microphone, the colleague mentioned the alleged falsehood of the episode.

The former president’s son then said he was being provoked and asked for respect. Until he got up and went over to his colleague, who was a few rows ahead in the committee.

Advisers and parliamentarians prevented the aggression from taking place and removed Eduardo from the scene.

Later, Marcon appeared at the committee’s microphone and said that he would bring the House’s Ethics Committee against the deputy.

“I’m ashamed to see colleagues who can’t have the balance to go to the political dispute and go to the lowest, [para] to say [que vai] beat me up, call my mother what he called me”, said the petista.

“I want the shorthand recording of Eduardo’s speech. [quebra de] parliamentary decorum. I will forward this to the Council of Ethics of the Chamber”, he added.

On social media, Eduardo’s allies came to his defense, such as former Presidency Communications Secretary Fábio Wajngarten.

“The PT deputy who said that the stab that PR @jairbolsonaro received, which has sequels to this day, was staged, is he already in the fake news inquiry? It is absurd to say something like that at this moment”, he said on Twitter.

He refers to the investigation that is in the STF (Federal Supreme Court) and that investigates the conduct of allies of the former representative.

There is still an open investigation in the Federal Police today regarding the stabbing involving the former president. A Sheet showed this Wednesday that an ongoing Federal Police investigation cites a possible relationship between the criminal faction PCC and payments for the defense of Adélio Bispo de Oliveira, who stabbed Jair Bolsonaro in 2018.

The investigation restarted last year contradicts previous conclusions and suggests a thesis considered inconsistent by the current direction of the PF, which sees weaknesses in the cited evidence.

Two PF investigations have already pointed out that Adélio acted alone on September 6 of that year.

The possibility now analyzed is based especially on payments from those accused of being part of the faction to one of the lawyers who defended Adélio, but which were made two years after Bolsonaro’s assassination attempt.

The lawyer investigated in the case denies any link with the PCC and says that the transfers are related to the defense of other clients, not Adélio’s.
