The last performance of the “Soy Rebelde” tour in Rio de Janeiro, on Friday (10), guaranteed several special moments for the fans who filled the Engenhão stadium.
On stage, the group, in addition to paying homage to the country with green and yellow looks, also praised the national culture.
Shortly after performing the single “No Pares”, Dulce Maria surprised the audience by praising Brazilian funk, a musical genre that, over the years, has broken countless barriers and gained global notoriety.

“When we first came to Brazil, I fell madly in love with funk. I know that funk comes from here in Rio, and I’m very proud that today, after 15 years, we hear funk in many countries like the United States, Mexico, Colombia… Let’s go Brazil, let’s go funk!”, she celebrated.
