The Mueller Bom Gourmet Festival is coming back! Between June 1st and 30th, exclusive festival menus will be served in panoramic igloos on the rooftop of Espaço Gourmet/Piso L4 of Shopping Mueller. Among the available menus, customers can enjoy afternoon coffee combos from ten establishments operating in the mall. Interested? The purchase of special menus for the Mueller Bom Gourmet Festival begins on 05/29 at 7 pm on the website www.festivalmuellerbomgourmet.com.br.

During the festival, restaurants will also offer exclusive lunch and dinner menus (with starter, main course and dessert). A new feature this year is the possibility to purchase kids menus. The combo with 2 or 3 items for breakfast costs BRL 49, and the complete menu (starter, main, dessert) for lunch or dinner costs BRL 89. The kids dish for lunch or dinner costs BRL 49.

Afternoon Coffee combos are offered by establishments: Bella Gulla, Casa Bauducco, Dark Sugar, Havanna, Kopenhagen, McDonald’s Café, Mustang Sally, Starbucks, Tea Shop and Tropical Banana.

The festival brings excellent options for a break throughout the day. The combos mostly follow the pattern of three items: a savory, a sweet and a drink.

Among the traditional menus, there is Dark Sugar, establishment dedicated to pastry classics. At this festival, the cafe serves customers a menu starting with the vegetarian sandwich caprese with focaccia, with mozzarella cheese, tomato and basil pesto. The sweet is Diamond Cake, a chocolate cake filled with nuts, coconut and caramel. The drink that accompanies the menu is coffee mocha vanilla (300 ml). All items are self-produced.

The giant of hot drinks, starbucks, also participates in this year’s festival. The savory chosen by the brand is a set of 5 minicoxinhas, followed by a dulce de leche donut and accompanied by the hot drink Cinnamon Toffenut (300 ml), made from espresso coffee, chestnut syrup and caramel, steamed milk, whipped cream and cinnamon powder.

There is also a healthy alternative among traditional coffee options. The establishment specializes in juices and healthy foods, tropical banana, brings a balanced menu to festival customers. The combo starts with an Italian panini, with baguette bread, salami, turkey breast, mozzarella cheese, tomato and black olive pâté. As a sweet item, a fresh seasonal fruit salad with granola is served. The drink chosen to accompany the menu is Gralha Azul juice (500 ml), made with açaí, strawberries and sugarcane juice.

The Mueller Bom Gourmet Festival has options for all tastes and diets, including vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free menus.

Among the gluten-free and lactose-free options is the menu of the bakery specializing in pies, Bella Gluttony. The establishment brings to this year’s festival a combo consisting of dried meat quiche with gorgonzola, prepared with sweet potato dough, coconut milk cream, dried meat, onion, garlic, olive oil and lactose-free gorgonzola. In this menu, the sweet selected is the Belga Cake, made with chestnut mix dough, oat brownie, Belgian chocolate, coconut milk and nuts. The drink that accompanies the meal is espresso coffee with lactose-free milk.

Already the unit of the largest network specialized in teas in the country, Tea Shop, participates in the festival with a vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free menu. The menu starts with jackfruit casserole, prepared with chickpea flour dough, shredded jackfruit meat, green corn, paprika, parsley and salt. The sweet menu item is matcha pie, made with almond flour pastry, matcha mousse and strawberry sauce. The classic English black tea, Earl Grey, served with lime oil and bergamot, is the drink that accompanies the menu.

The regular experience takes place from 01/06 to 30/06. Meals last 1h30 and are divided into five shifts: two lunch shifts (12pm – 1.30pm; 2pm – 3.30pm), a coffee break (4pm – 5.30pm) and two dinner shifts (7pm – 8pm and 9pm – 10.30pm).
