Federal deputy Nikolas Ferreira (PL-MG) was the target of homophobic speeches during the session of the Constitution and Justice Commission of the Chamber of Deputies this Tuesday (28), which heard clarifications from Minister Flávio Dino, of Justice.

During an intervention to question the minister, Ferreira would have been called a “wig”, “Nikole” and “chupetinha” by some of the parliamentarians present in the commission (see the video). During the transmission of the session, the word “chupetinha” seems to have been uttered by deputy Rui Falcão (PT), who chaired the session.

However, the parliamentarian from Minas Gerais denied that Rui had uttered the insults.

“As much as the images show a synchrony between the speech and gestures of Dep. Rui Falcão, his microphone was turned off and the insults were uttered by the deputy who would crush me at the polls, better known as Janones. I am already taking steps with the PL”, said Nikolas Ferreira in a post on twitter.

The mention of André Janones (Avante-MG) was due to a post made by him also on twitter hours earlier, mocking the deputy.

“If I do this here with any deputy, they put me on the Ethics Council”, said Nikolas Ferreira after the homophobic speeches during the CCJ session.
