Deputy Júnior Favacho trains advisors for efficiency in serving the mandate to the population – News of Brazil

the state representative Junior Favacho (MDB) held, on Monday (26), at the Rio Mar hotel, an evaluation, planning and training meeting for the advisors who work in the parliamentary mandate. The purpose of the event, which lasted nine uninterrupted hours, was to align and optimize the work offered to the population, ensuring a faster and more efficient service to the public in Amapa. Master Coach Vanilde Almeida was also summoned to the meeting and spoke about “The Power of Action”.
During the event, advisors from Júnior Favacho’s office participated in workshops on drafting bills, requirements and indications. There was also training in communication techniques and leadership training. In the parliamentarian’s view, the meeting is important to outline objectives and plan the cabinet’s actions throughout the term. He also stated that all the work carried out by the advisory should have the objective of seeking solutions to the state’s problems and improving the quality of life of the population, which is the true owner of the mandate.
“The advisors are the extension of our mandate in the communities. They are the ones who often have the first contact with people and the demands that arise on a daily basis. They need to be sensitive to identify the population’s problems and propose solutions, and that was the training we provided here. I always say that, to be in politics, we need to be able to be sensitive to the pain of others. After all, our main objective is to serve the public and improve the lives of Amapaenses”evaluated the deputy.
During the meeting, several actions of the mandate were evaluated and adapted to make them more efficient. One of them is the “Itinerant Office”, idealized by Deputy Júnior Favacho and which has already taken place in several municipalities of Amapá in this first semester. The success of the activity was so great that other deputies also followed suit. In the second semester, the action will bring news to the population. The idea is to make the parliamentary mandate ever closer to those who are the reason for its existence: the people.
Júnior Favacho also stated that this type of action should directly reflect on the productivity of the mandate. “With the demands collected from the community, our advisors are also free to propose indications, requirements and bills for us to present in the Assembly. We want to carry out a participatory mandate and, for that, we need to have a team aligned with this ideal of serving the public in the best possible way”.
At the meeting, the advisors also participated in the training provided by the lawyer and businesswoman Melissa Favacho. She talked about the “Leadership Awakening” and how important it is that cabinet collaborators are references for the rest of the population. “We are building a team of leaders. The work of the mandate arrives in several places simultaneously, thanks to the advisors, who need to be true leaders, in the most beautiful sense of the word. We want the work carried out in the Legislative Assembly to have an increasingly real impact on people’s lives”he stated.
“The Power of Action”
In order to improve the productivity of the advisors and optimize the delivery to the public of the actions of the parliamentary mandate, master coach Vanilde Almeida provided training on the use of time and work. Using the method already established by the coach and writer Paulo Vieira, she held a lecture full of dynamics, participation and objectivity.
“My goal here is to make everyone understand that before we can serve the public, we must first understand our identity and where we come from. Only then will we truly understand our mission and stop repeating behaviors that prevent us from achieving great results”emphasized the coach.
