State deputy Carlos Minc (PSB-RJ) filmed with his cell phone fellow parliamentarians in the Legislative Assembly of Rio de Janeiro who defend the Escola Sem Partido program.
The objective was to try to show how teachers feel who would have their activities recorded by students, one of the premises of the project, which seeks to combat a supposed leftist influence in the classroom.
“I would ask Your Excellency for authorization so that I and two advisors could film, for just two minutes, without saying anything, without interrupting the session, within a space of two meters”, said Minc, who began filming the president of the Constitution Commission and Justice, Rodrigo Amorim (PL) and others from the Bolsonarist bench.
Amorim wants to repeal a law approved based on a project by Minc himself, which created Escola Sem Mordaça, which prohibits the restriction of demonstrations by teachers.
The filmed deputies said that the recording did not bother them.
