Daniel Alves misses the chance to live in a luxury residence offered by Pumas

Faced with the arrest of Daniel Alves for sexual assault in Spain, the football player lost the opportunity to live in a luxurious residence in Mexico City offered by Pumas, which terminated the contract last Friday. The right-back, who has played for Spanish clubs Sevilla and Barcelona, ​​and for Brazilians Bahia and São Paulo, would play for the Mexican team until June 2023.

According to the Somos Pumas portal, Dani Alves had the option to choose the location of his new home between two exquisite areas of the Mexican capital, one of them being a luxury residential complex in Santa Fé, and the other in Jardines en la Montaña in Tlalpan. The value of each one is between 22 million Mexican pesos (R$ 6 million) and 34 million Mexican pesos (R$ 9 million).

The website El Futbolero reported that even before the player signed the contract with Pumas, the club already had a residence ready for him.

Before going to Mexico, Alves played for Barcelona, ​​where he lived in the municipality of Espugles, in an area close to the former mansion of Shakira and Gerard Piqué. The right-back played for the Catalan team on two occasions: between 2008 and 2016, and between 2021 and 2022.

According to the Spanish newspaper El Confidencial, the player’s house was surrounded by a garden and very accessible. Although there was space to park on the property, Alves often parked his old orange Audi in front of the door. With his departure from the club, he returned the car, as it was a vehicle borrowed from Barcelona.

In Brazil, Dani Alves lived in a mansion in São Paulo, where he played for the eponymous team between 2019 and 2021.

According to the AD Magazine portal, the property has two uneven floors, a white facade and floor-to-ceiling windows with black frames on each part facing the street, allowing the interior to be seen from the outside. Also according to the website, the mansion has a garden with a barbecue on the ground floor, an office with a library and a room with a piano. While on the first floor there is a living room with a fireplace and an open concept environment with a kitchen and dining room, on the second floor there are two bedrooms and a TV room.

At the back of the lower level, there is another large garden with covered sun loungers facing a small L-shaped swimming pool. At the other end of the courtyard, there is a large social area with a bar, dining room and a small kitchen.
