Cozi.ai bets on artificial intelligence to make a difference

The system was created by Yuri de Melo, a former restaurant owner, who sought to overcome the problems he had with traditional delivery applications. He suffered in practice the difficulties of serving customers with agility and practicality, in addition to losing control of consumer data and having to pay abusive fees. The platform understands these issues and hands control back to owners. “Cozi.ai is the first online platform with artificial intelligence in Brazil, which automates customer service via WhatsApp and Instagram.
