“The PDV is limited to the budget of BRL 300 million in indemnities, without considering the amount of the FGTS fine and the subsidy for a year of health plan and food stamps, and the selection criterion for the effectiveness of the adhesions will be the ranking descending of the sum of age and time with the company until reaching the financial limit”, clarified the statement.

In case the adhesions to the PDV exceed the limit stipulated by Copel, the situation will be evaluated according to the feasibility of increasing the resources. Membership must be made from August 28th to September 15th. Membership will be effective after October 6th. “The termination should take place within 12 months from the effective date of the transformation of Copel into a Corporation on August 11th”.
