Manaus (AM) – As the area of ​​Manaus most sought after by consumers of new residential developments, according to data from the Associação das Empresas do Market Imobiliário do Amazonas (Ademi-AM), Ponta Negra will gain the first planned neighborhood in the region, Jardins Ponta Negra. For this, the MRV&CO Group is investing more than R$ 24 million in infrastructure works at the site, ranging from basic sanitation, implementation of a water network, landscaping, installation of selective collection points, public lighting, among others.

With this investment, MRV&CO is not only creating a planned neighborhood within Ponta Negra, but also enhancing the potential of the place, which is already the main tourist spot in Manaus. The planned neighborhood will have a structure completely ready for the new residents, such as leisure centers, shopping centers and transit and transportation infrastructure.

Among the highlights of the total investment of R$24,285,823 in Jardins Ponta Negra are the paving and signaling of more than approximately 33 thousand square meters of roads; the construction of a bike path and increased security at the site, with entrance gates and surveillance cameras on the streets in the neighborhood, regardless of the condominiums that will be built on the site.

Other urbanization actions will be landscaping services; containers for selective collection; leisure and sports equipment for public use; low consumption lamps, among others.

Sensia Ponta Negra

One of the outstanding developments in the area will be Sensia Ponta Negra, by Incorporadora Sensia, which is part of the MRV&CO Group. The development has customizable plans, premium leisure area, gourmet balcony in all units and many other amenities.
