CNJ keeps judge Eduardo Appio away from Lava Jato and points out “very serious conduct”

“The seriousness of the conduct practiced is verified, insofar as the conduct of the investigated magistrate (Appio) appears to constitute a possible threat to the judge of that Court, there are still elements that point out that the investigated used data and information contained in the electronic system of the Federal Justice for that purpose, pretending to be a server of the court”, wrote the corregidor.
