Clockwork Orange vs Paraná: result and form

In the coach Fahel Júnior’s debut, the Paraná Club tied Orange Mecânica by 1-1 at Arena dos Pássaros, in Apucarana. The result makes it even more difficult to classify Tricolor, which dreams of access. Mechanic Orange opened the scoring in the 34th minute of the first half and Tricolor then tied.

The score wasn’t good for either team. Paraná is still far from the G4 and has not won for five games. The team has seven points, in seventh place, and may lose positions depending on the result of the other games in the round.

A Clockwork Orange has eight points and drops to fifth place, but may lose one more by the end of this round.

The game

Paraná Clube was superior during the first half, had more ball possession and reached the goal with danger more often. The Mechanical Orange started well and had more agility in the first minutes of the game, but lost intensity. In the 9th minute, the home team managed to score, with Caio Bacarin, but the goal was annulled.

After the invalidated goal, Paraná managed to control the game and arrived in the area with danger, but could not finish with quality. But, at 34, after a failure by Adílio, Caio Henrique opened the scoring for the Clockwork Orange. At 42, Liliu tied for Tricolor. It was the player’s fifth goal in six games for Paraná.

In the second half, both teams lowered the intensity and the game was more paused. The Mechanical Orange, with a younger team, was superior. Paraná dropped production and opened space for the opponent to attack and create good goal chances.

Tricolor now returns to the field against Iguazunext Sunday (11), at Estádio Municipal Antiocho Pereira, in União da Vitória, for the seventh round of the Access Division.
