City Hall of SP says that change in housing public notice is correction to benefit population – 01/28/2023 – Panel

The Ricardo Nunes (MDB) management states that the change made last Saturday (21) in the public notice for the program for the purchase of social housing units Pode Login five days before the opening of the envelopes with proposals was a “necessary correction based on the value of prevailing market in the region where the units are located”.

One of the main innovations presented by the program is the possibility of buying ready-made properties or properties under construction with the private sector. The difference of R$ 35 thousand, if multiplied by 1,000 units, would result in R$ 35 million more to be paid by the city hall to construction companies.
