Benedita Cozinha celebrates the Círio de Nazaré with a special menu full of delicacies from Pará. The menu includes nine dishes, which can be ordered à la carte. There are everything from crab cones, açaí with fried fish and tacacá, to dishes such as maniçoba (R$62), duck in tucupi (R$82) and vatapá from Pará (R$74), made with dried shrimp. , palm oil, coconut milk, tucupi and jambu. For dessert, chef Rodrigo Isaías suggests the cupuaçu mousse tart, made with fruit jelly accompanied by Brazil nut praline (R$ 28). São Paulo Oktoberfest is special. In addition to the 48 attractions that will liven up the festival, this year’s event features the participation of Paulaner, the official beer of Munich and one of the main participants in the festivities in Germany. Casa Flora, responsible for importing and distributing beer, already held the brewery’s Oktoberfest, but this year it joined the São Paulo festival, in partnership with its founder, Walter Cavalheiro, to make the event even more authentic, with the Same taste of the Munich party. “Paulaner is part of the history of Oktoberfest and participating in the São Paulo festival is an incredible opportunity to bring the public closer to this tradition”, comments Nayara Agostinho, drinks manager at Casa Flora. Today, October 7th, is the last day for you to enjoy the Cocktail Festival, a program with selected bars to celebrate national cocktails. The participating bars and restaurants prepare a special drink menu and some of them also welcome special guests, with international guests or bartender exchanges. Today, Cineclube Cortina is hosting a Guest event starting at 7pm with bartenders Chula Barmaid and Lais Ladrine welcoming Bianca Lima, champion of World Class Brasil 2021 who currently works in Mexico. The trio will prepare special drinks, such as the Lapso (photo below), made with Don Julio Blanco Tequila, smoked pear puree and Poire Williams and the Tetrix made with The Singleton Whiskey, smoked hazelnut and French aperitif.
