Manaus (AM) – After the success of last year’s edition, Chef Urbano, the biggest gastro-musical festival in the North region, promises to be even bigger and better in 2023. July, always from 17h.
At the stations, the public attending the event will be able to discover the main menus offered by chefs, restaurants, food trucks and food bikes of Amazonian entrepreneurs.
“One of the main objectives of this event is to provide new and small entrepreneurs with this showcase that is Chef Urbano, presenting the public with quality products at very affordable prices”,
highlighted Talles Luna, organizer of the festival.
The organization highlighted that one of the novelties of this year’s edition is pet friendly. A Pedigree space will be set up at the Sambódromo, where there will be entertainment activities for pets and distribution of gifts.

Food and musical attractions
The 15th edition of Chef Urbano will also feature the VIP presence of two important names in the gastronomic universe: Jimmy Ogro, from the Mais Você program; and Raul Lemos, runner-up in one of the Masterchef editions and participating in the event in Manaus for the third time.
In addition to them, local and national attractions will entertain the public of the event during the three nights: Official 80, George Japa, Wanderley Andrade, Uendel Pinheiro and Banda Fulgass, who will pay tribute to the bands Raimundos, O Rappa and Charlie Brown Jr.
Success in 2022
In 2022, more than 72,000 people visited Chef Urbano, injecting more than R$ 1.5 million into the local economy. There were more than 40 food stations throughout the event, generating around 900 jobs.
